How we make Full Court Buckets

Full Court Buckets is run by Ryan Moalemi. He writes content himself, and he also reviews it. He comes up with the story ideas, picks the stats and angles that matter, and reads and edits every story before it goes live. Opinion and analysis pieces are his own take.

Why we use it

Playoff games end late and the box score is ready right away. AI lets a one-person site post a full recap with quarter swings and shooting splits the same night.

What we check

Ryan reads every story before it goes live and makes the final edit. Every stat in a recap must match the box score linked at the bottom of the story. Photos are real, credited photos from Wikimedia Commons. Player portraits are AI-generated illustrations and are labeled that way.

Where AI comes in

We use AI tools to help draft game recaps, player profiles and FAQs. Full Court Buckets gathers its own game data and verifies it against official box scores. The draft has to use those numbers and nothing else. No invented quotes, no guessed stats.

Who does the work

Ryan Moalemi has been writing internet content since 2001. He started sports writing in 2026 after being impressed by Angel Reese. He writes original content himself, and he also edits AI-assisted drafts. He hopes Full Court Buckets helps bring new eyes to the movement.

When we get it wrong

Email the page address and the fix to hello@fullcourtbuckets.com and we'll correct it.

A correction email should include the page address and what is wrong. For example, name a stat that does not match the season table on that page.
